Fees

In addition to the academic tuition, students opting for residential facilities must pay a separate hostel fee, which is approximately INR 82,500 per semester. A one-time refundable caution deposit (INR 10,000) and minor alumni/Red Cross fees are also applicable upon admission.

Admission Process & Eligibility

1. Step 1: Application Submission: Candidates must fill out the online application form via the official NCU portal, upload necessary documents (Aadhaar, mark sheets, entrance scorecards), and pay the application fee (INR 1,500).
2. Step 2: Entrance Examination: Applicants submit valid scores from national exams. Candidates without these scores must appear for the university's internal entrance test (e.g., NCU-LET for Law, or specific UG/PG entrance tests).
3. Step 3: Personal Assessment / Counseling: Shortlisted candidates must participate in the final selection process. For UG engineering courses, this typically involves NCU Counseling. MBA candidates undergo a specialized process including a Written Ability Test (WAT), Group Discussion, and Personal Interview (GD & PI).
4. Step 4: Final Selection & Enrollment: A composite merit list is generated based on academic records, entrance scores, and interview performance. Selected candidates receive an admission offer and must pay the initial fee to confirm their seat.

Eligibility Criteria:

• B.Tech: 10+2 in the science stream with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.
• MBA: Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (some specialized tracks may require 60%).
• BBA / BCA / B.Com (Hons) / BA (Hons): 10+2 passing certificate from a recognized board with a minimum of 50% aggregate.
• BBA LLB (Integrated): 10+2 with English medium, securing a minimum of 50% aggregate.
• M.Tech: B.Tech/B.E. or M.Sc in the relevant discipline with at least 55% marks.
• Ph.D.: A Master's degree with a minimum of 60% marks, followed by UGC-NET and a Personal Interview.

Scholarship Programs & Details

The NorthCap University is committed to rewarding academic excellence and ensuring that financial constraints do not hinder talented students.

• Merit Scholarship for UG Programs: Offers up to a 35% tuition fee waiver. For example, B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc candidates with 95%+ in Class 12 (or JEE NTA score > 90 / CUET > 700) receive a 35% waiver. Scores between 90%-94?tch a 15% to 25% waiver depending on the course.
• BBA LLB Scholarships: A 25% waiver is offered to students scoring 90% and above in 12th, or those securing more than 40 marks in the CLAT exam.
• Merit-cum-Means Scholarship: Available to students across all programs, awarded based on a combination of academic merit and the financial need of the applicant's family.
• Haryana Domicile Scholarship: Provides fee concessions to 25% of the total students enrolled from Haryana, as per State Government norms.
