4. Step 4: Final Merit Calculation: The final selection is based on a weighted formula: Entrance Score (35%), Personal Interview (20%), Group Discussion (20%), Academic Record (20%), and Work Experience (5%).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Academic: A Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 50% aggregate marks. Final-year degree students may apply provisionally.
