The Flexible Double Degree at ANU lets students combine two Bachelor’s degrees into one study plan, allowing them to match a professional career with a personal interest.

You must choose one Advanced Computing degree:
- Bachelor of Advanced Computing (Honours), or
- Bachelor of Advanced Computing (Research & Development) (Honours)
You then combine it with one additional Bachelor’s degree, such as Commerce, Business, Economics, Arts, Science, Finance, Psychology, Public Policy, International Relations, Statistics, Visual Arts, and many others.
This creates 50+ possible combinations, giving students both strong technical/computing skills and knowledge in another discipline.
You must satisfy the entry requirements and prerequisites for both degrees you choose.
Some degrees have additional subject prerequisites beyond the ATAR/entrance rank.
Domestic UAC applicants can wait until they accept their offer to decide which two degrees they want to combine.

Example: You could combine Advanced Computing + Bachelor of Commerce for a career in fintech, or Advanced Computing + Bachelor of Science (Psychology) for an interest in technology and behavioural science.

In short, it is a customisable double-degree option designed to give students a broader skill set than a single Bachelor’s degree.
