Fees

The fee structure for Avantika University for the academic year 2025-26 is categorized by program and includes components such as tuition fees, development fees, and university fees. Additionally, students are required to pay a one-time non-refundable registration fee of ₹10,000 and a refundable security deposit of ₹10,000 at the time of admission.

Residential costs are structured separately. The annual hostel fee is set at ₹75,000 for triple sharing and ₹1,30,000 for twin sharing, supplemented by a mandatory mess fee of ₹1,20,000. A refundable hostel security deposit of ₹10,000 is also required.

Admission Process & Eligibility

1. Step 1: Application Submission: Candidates must fill out the online application form available on the Avantika University admissions portal and pay the application fee.
2. Step 2: Entrance Examination: Applicants must submit scores from accepted national-level exams. Those without valid national scores must appear for the university's entrance exams: the Design Scholarship Test (DST) for design programs or the Avantika Scholastic Test (AST) for engineering/management.
3. Step 3: Thinking Challenge / Studio Test: Shortlisted Design candidates undergo a "Thinking Challenge" (Studio Test) that evaluates material handling, creative visualization, and on-the-spot problem-solving.
4. Step 4: Personal Interview (PI): All shortlisted candidates across programs must attend a Personal Interview. This round evaluates the student's passion, communication skills, and alignment with the university's unique culture.
5. Step 5: Final Offer: A composite merit list is generated based on entrance scores, test performance, PI, and past academic records. Selected candidates must pay the initial admission fees to secure their seats.

Eligibility Criteria:

• B.Des: 10+2 in any stream with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks from a recognized board.
• B.Tech: 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry/Computer Science, securing at least 50% aggregate marks and 50% in English.
• BBA / BCA / B.Com (Hons): 10+2 in any stream with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (BCA requires Mathematics/CS).
• MBA / M.Des: A completed Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate (45% for reserved categories).
