1. Step 1: Application Form: Candidates must obtain the application form from the college office or the official website and submit it along with the required academic documents and a Demand Draft.
2. Step 2: Document Verification: The admission team reviews the submitted transcripts (10th, 12th, and Graduation mark sheets).
3. Step 3: Personal Interview (PI): Shortlisted candidates for B.A. LL.B. and LL.B. are invited for a counseling session and a Personal Interview.
4. Step 4: Entrance Exam (LL.M. Only): LL.M. applicants must appear for and qualify the CCS University Entrance Exam.
5. Step 5: Final Confirmation: Selected candidates confirm their seats by completing the document verification process and paying the first-semester fees.

Eligibility Criteria:

• B.A. LL.B. (5 Years): 10+2 examination from a recognized board with a minimum of 45% aggregate for General/OBC candidates and 40% for SC/ST candidates. No upper age limit.
• LL.B. (3 Years): Graduation (10+2+3 pattern) in any discipline from a recognized university with a minimum of 45% aggregate (40% for SC/ST). Final-year appearing candidates are also eligible.
• LL.M. (2 Years): A recognized Law Degree (B.A. LL.B. or LL.B.) with a minimum of 50% marks (pass marks for SC/ST candidates), followed by the CCSU entrance exam.

• State Government Scholarships: Eligible SC/ST/OBC and economically weaker section (EWS) students who hold Uttar Pradesh domicile can apply for the UP Post-Matric Scholarship for substantial fee reimbursements.

• B.A. LL.B. & LL.B. Cutoffs: The college generally does not enforce strict entrance exam cutoffs for these undergraduate programs. Admissions are driven by the candidate's aggregate score in their qualifying examination (10+2 or Graduation). Students meeting the minimum eligibility criteria (45% for General, 40% for SC/ST) are shortlisted based on merit and performance in the personal interview. While CLAT scores are accepted and can bolster an application, they are not strictly mandatory for standard admission.
• LL.M. Cutoffs: Admissions to the postgraduate LL.M. program require clearing the entrance examination conducted by CCS University, Meerut. The cutoff ranks depend entirely on the university's centralized merit list for that academic year.
