Fees

The fee structure for the 2023-24 academic session at Khandelwal College of Management and Technology is designed to include several components beyond basic tuition. The total annual fee for each course is comprised of a startup admission fee, academic fees, and a security deposit. The startup admission fee specifically covers essential student provisions such as uniform materials, a blazer, a tie, identity cards, a library card, assignment copies, a bag, and a t-shirt. Notably, the university registration and examination fees are not included in this structure and must be handled separately.

Financial flexibility is offered through a two-installment payment plan, with the first installment due at the time of admission. Students who choose to pay the entire yearly fee in a single payment are eligible for a 2% rebate on the academic fee portion. Additionally, the college provides optional bus and hostel facilities, the costs for which are decided by the management and are billed separately if opted for by the student.
