2. Entrance/Merit: Appear for required exams (NEET for Medical, JEE for B.Tech) or undergo merit screening based on 10+2 scores.
3. Counseling: Attend the university-level counseling for seat allotment.
4. Verification: Complete document verification and pay the admission fee to secure the seat.

• UG Eligibility: Minimum 45-50% aggregate in 10+2 (Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Maths for science streams).
• PG Eligibility: Graduation in a relevant field with at least 50% marks.
• Medical Eligibility: Must qualify for NEET-UG/PG as per the NTA/NBE qualifying percentiles.

Cutoff & Admission Trends

Admissions at MM(DU) are a mix of merit-based and entrance-based criteria, adhering strictly to the guidelines of respective regulatory bodies like the NMC, DCI, and BCI.

• Medical (MBBS/BDS): Admission is strictly based on NEET-UG scores followed by MCC counseling. For 2025-26, the closing rank for MBBS in the management quota typically ranges between 2,50,000 and 4,50,000.
• Engineering (B.Tech): Preference is given to JEE Main qualifiers. However, the university also considers the MMU Entrance Test for vacant seats. Cutoffs for CSE are the most competitive.
• Other Programs: For Pharmacy, Nursing, and Law, admission is generally based on the marks obtained in the qualifying 10+2 examination.
• Trends: There is a noticeable surge in applications for BCA (AI & Data Science) and B.Sc. Agriculture, reflecting the shifting industry demand toward automation and sustainable farming.
